You may return new, unworn/unused items purchased from Harscale Garments within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Clearly state the reason for your return and include your order number and contact information in your email.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the RMA number and the return shipping address.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.
